The Clan Mothers

Guides of the Pathways. Earthly Vessels for Ancestral Wisdom.

In the Amazonian Arts, each of the 13 Warrioress Archetypes is held in sacred reverence by a Clan Mother — a woman who has journeyed deeply with the teachings and medicine of her archetype and now serves as a living bridge between the earthly and the unseen.

A Clan Mother is not a title given lightly. It is a path of devotion and deep responsibility — one of listening, embodying, remembering, and becoming. These women are the earthly connection point to the Warrioress Grandmothers: the great archetypal forces that have returned to remind us who we are, what we carry, and how we may serve.

A picture tells a thousand words

Through the Clan Mothers, each archetype finds form and breath in this world. They hold space in ceremony, offer insight and transmission, and light the path ahead for those newly arriving. Each one carries the sacred flame of her lineage, tending to the spiritual hearth of her Clan, and ensuring that the wisdom of the archetype is accessible, alive, and evolving with the times.

To walk as a Clan Mother is to embody the sacred teachings of the Warrioress in daily life — not through perfection, but through presence, humility, and trust in the greater weaving. They are the torchbearers and the way-showers, the ones who echo the call of the Grandmothers so others may hear.

When you journey with the Amazonian Arts, it is the Clan Mothers who welcome you. They are here to guide, to walk beside, and to honour the unfolding of your unique soul song.
